2. How it works

This system consist of signal transmitters on every floor and a signal receiver which is fixed in hoist operator room. It is wireless system without wires.

-----Transmitters in each floor

The transmitter could be fixed on a position where the construction worker can press it easily. When construction work in this floor need any service, he or she just press the transmitter, and the signal will be sent to the receiver on the hoist. The transmitter ID could be set as the floor number.

----- Signal Receiver on the hoist

The signal receiver could be fixed on the position of the hoist where the operator can read the information easily. When the receiver get signal from the transmitter, it will show the floor number with music or with voice alert. Once the operator hears the calling information, he or she see will drive the hoist to the floor where need service.

1) Transmitter: 30pcs of a full Box, carton size: 38*12*7cm, 2kg/box (order quantity could be any pcs)

2) Receiver: 1pcs in a Box, box size: 38*12*7cm, 1kg/box

6. Warranty Conditions

We provide 1 month replacement and 12 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.
Before returning items, please make sure you get our return address, and write "gift"on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP

Attention on Battery

The transmitters are with battery, the delivery time by air express may be a little longer, For example, and it may take around 10 days since payment. The Chinese post and Hong Kong post sometimes forbid shipping the product with battery. If so, we may have to remove the battery. Please confirm with us about the shipping details before departure.
